UP! Plus 2 + Bed Levelling Sensor?

    in Get Started

Hi there chaps, I was wondering if there's any way we can use the bed levelling sensor with the UP! Plus 2 3D printer? Has any of you been successful with that? If not, would anybody be able to offer some insight on how this could be possible? Cheers.

That is why it is important to not be hasty or casual about what https://www.smartenmyhome.net you use. If you want to be able to make restaurant quality steaks at home, you need to own the best cast iron skillet for steaks. Making a steak in a cast iron skillet is essential for mouth-watering results.

There are however some common preferences that include having either surround sound speakers, a 7.1 channel home theater speaker, or going for the best 5.1 surround sound system. All of these and more, serve different purposes. However, finding the top-rated home theater systems can be a bit of time taking task and this is where we come in. The original software by Tiertime did have this option, provided one had the bed levelling probe available. Mine did not have that option since it's a 2012 model. The probe was connected at the back of the printer to what looks like a 3.5mm jack socket.

Perhaps I can provide you with some details on how to build the probe. It's basically a 3D-printed plastic body with a rectangular magnet at the top to attach it to the extruder. Then on the bottom, it's just a microswitch. I will examine it tonight. It uses the same cable as the bed-height sensor which your printer may also be missing (3.5mm jack on both ends).

    Here's the probe's pinout (3.5mm TRRS)

    : Tip - C (common) on switch

    Ring 1 - not connected

    Ring 2 -not connected

    Sleeve - NC on switch

When the probe is attached to the extruder, the nozzle sits just above the contact point of the switch.

I'm just starting out but I'm also very interested in this topic. It seems like we should be able to do it with the 3-point or grid levelling techniques described here https://smoothieware.org/zprobe - that is assuming that the tinyfab CPU is physically hooked up to the bed-levelling sensor pin in such a way that it can read the voltage on it.
