Returns & Replacements
should you be unhappy with your product, for any unfortunate reason, feel free to contact us from our contact us page . We will try our best to satisfy your needs and make sure your day is a happy one!

Returns
you will have 30 days following your purchase to contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will send you the details for the exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us after contacting us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For orders eligible for free delivery the actual shipping cost based on weight will be deducted from your refund, the total refund amount will be settle before the return process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping & Delivery
Excluding product in back order, all orders will be shipped within the next 3 business days following the order. A tracking number will be sent to you after the order has shipped. Products are sent from our warehouse in Hong Kong. International orders usually take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered. Please note that additional taxes and custom fees may apply at the cost of the customer. For exact rates, please check with your local courier and customs office for more details. Tinyfab cannot be held responsible for any custom fee.
Payment & Pricing
all the payments are made through Paypal. It is a no brainer, fast and secure. You can either enter your credit card information without any need of an account, either pay as usual with your Paypal account. all the prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP), unless otherwise mentioned.
