Is this a drop in replacement for the Plus 2 or do I need additional hardware?

I got a Plus 2 used, the CPU burned up on day 3 of playing with it.

The tinyfab board is significantly cheaper than a replacement CPU from Tiertime so I'm excited to switch it out.
